All terms & conditions are effective from confirmation of hire

Admin Fee – £20 – NO REFUNDS

All vehicles must be delivered and collected from this Location point: Unit 4 Croydon Rd, Elmers End, Beckenham BR3 4AA

Collections and drop offs of vehicles must be made within company working hours.

Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:00

Saturday & Sunday 10:00 – 13:00

If you require a vehicle delivery or vehicle collection a Set charge of £25 will be required if you live within the 10-mile radius of the collection point. If you live beyond the 10-mile radius you will be charge £0.66 per mile + Set charge.

If the incorrect driver is found to be driving a vehicle, your deposit will be voided and the hire ended.

If vehicle is impounded, you will be charged ADMIN FEE + Pound Fees + Recovery Fees

Bring back fuel on what it was collected on – FUEL STATION RATE TO FILL CAR

Bring vehicle back in same condition vehicle was collected. Other than assistance dogs, no animals are allowed to be transported in any of our vehicles. For untidiness, bad odours and bad smells and bad condition will be charged a £45 Valet fee + Admin fee.

Any roadside incidents must be notified to the lessor immediately and they will assist you. The Hirer in the event of an accident must not admit liability or offer any sums in payment to any third parties whether the Hirer is at fault or not. Where possible images of the accident, any damage, and photos of the surrounding area must be taken either by smart phone or camera. Images/photos must be in their original form and not be edited.

Any damages to tyres will be charged the cost of tyre or tyre’s and the call out fee. We do ask our hirers to restrain from going to random mobile tyre fitters as we have one on standby. This saves you the hirer from taking liability in an event of you calling for a mobile tyre fitter yourself and the fitter ends up causing damage to an alloy or any other part of the vehicle.

Any damages to Alloy wheels you’ll be charged £120 to repair any damaged alloy or at full coat to replace each alloy depending on severity of damage. If the wheel has to be changed will charge you for the price of a new alloy wheel.

Child seats (if requested), the lessor accepts no responsibility for the fitting and use of such items and it is the hirers responsibility to check the condition and correct fitting of the seats prior to use. Any damage to the child seat(s) must be reported immediately.

If the vehicle is unable to be checked due to dirt/mud etc, we will check for any damage once the vehicle has been cleaned. If we notice any damages, you have caused we notify you and bill you for the damages caused.

The hire vehicle may be fitted with a stolen vehicle tracking/telematics device or Dash Cam and may be monitored during the period of hire. Any tampering to the dash cam or excessive speeding or dangerous driving may result in the hire being terminated early without any refund of money paid.

Any parking tickets or PCNs received will incur a £20 admin fee and the ticket will be sent to your address to be paid in full.

You will be given a 1 hour. grace period after which you will be charged £10 every ten minutes + admin fee. If you are more than 4 hours late you will be charged at half a day rate, on top of late payment fee. This will be down to business desecration if NOTICE has been given in ADVANCE.

If you arrived late to collect a vehicle, your hire will start from the time you booked the vehicle and will not be reimbursed.

If you have taken out a vehicle weekly/monthly and you miss your payment date, you will be given 24 hours to pay the balance. If payment or arrangement is not sorted you will be charged £20 a day till balance is paid + Admin fee.

If balance is not paid after 5 days, the vehicle will be repossessed and you will be charged a recovery fee + admin fee.

For any weekly/monthly customers who do not let us know 48 hours before their due date, that they are extending their vehicle hire, it’ll be made available for hire.

Fully Comprehensive Insurance included for the Hirer/Insured Driver ONLY. All drivers are subject to approval by the Insurance Company. Other drivers are not allowed to drive the car under any circumstances. Additional driver insurance available on request. Vehicle must remain on UK mainland unless European cover has been approved by the Lessor. The Hirer may use the vehicle for the purpose of their business and for social domestic and pleasure purposes. The vehicle may not be used for any purposes for which they are not expressly designed. Further, the Hirer will not use or permit the vehicle to be used for hire, driving tuition, off road, racing or pace-making, or for competing in any rally, or any other form of motor sport, track days, or for any illegal purpose whatsoever. You are insured to tow but only the towing vehicle will be insured, not what is being towed.

Aged between 25 – 70 years. Driver must have held a driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. A young person’s surcharge may be added to each booking for drivers under the age of 25. Some vehicles are only available for drivers over the age of 25. Passport; utility bill (last 3 months); current driving licence and access to the DVLA database are required for verification of identity prior to vehicle hire. Risk databases will also be used to confirm eligibility of all hirers and drivers.

All cars are subject to availability and may be subject to change without prior notice. Images shown are intended as a guide only. Actual vehicle colour and/or specifications may vary subject to availability. Whilst every endeavour will be made to supply the make and type of vehicle, the Lessor cannot bind itself to do so, as circumstances beyond its control may prevent this. Driving may be postponed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. strong winds, snow or flooding) which could potentially make driving the cars potentially dangerous. Please call us to confirm if relevant. Liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge. No consequential loss liability will be covered.

We are responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement, if we could have predicted your loss at the time this agreement started and it is as a result of us breaking this agreement. We are not responsible for any loss which is a side effect of the main loss and which we or you could not have predicted, such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

 

The £50 non-refundable deposit will be added onto you hire deposit at the end of your booking. Payments are to be made by debit or credit card. The payee must match the driving license Name. Any NO SHOWS will be charged £50

When you arrive at the rental location, the deposit amount will be blocked (not debited) on your payment card at pick up or, in case of Online Check-In, it will be blocked within 48 hours prior to pick-up. This amount will be deducted from the authorised expense limit on your payment card. Please note that, for hires in the United Kingdom, it may take up to 10 working days for the deposit monies to be available in your credit or debit card account depending on your bank or card provider.

Any hire deposits made will be refunded 14 days after the vehicle has been returned if no PCN or other fines are received.

 

IMPORTANT: If you have an accident call 020 7101 4323. Note: you are responsible for an excess in the event of damage or theft. Failure to immediately report an accident or theft may result in additional charges.

REMEMBER: It is compulsory in some countries to have headlight converters whilst driving abroad and it is recommended carrying Spare Bulbs, a Fire Extinguisher, a First Aid Kit and a Warning Triangle – this is your responsibility as the driver of the hire vehicle.
